Why use Spark cards?

To build high performance and high engagement isn't easy. It takes time to work out what a team needs, skills to both design and deliver the activities and often investment to bring in external facilitators.  The Spark library is there to make it easier for you.

How do you use Spark Cards?

The 25 activities, supported with full instructions and worksheets, are the activities we use with teams when we are the external facilitators.

Each Spark card is a standalone activity that can be used on its own, however they can become even more powerful when used together to form a programme of activity either for a team or as part of a 1:1 coaching programme.

S

PONTANEOUS

I once worked with a person who was the master of the spontaneous conversation, however time made you realise the more apparently spontaneous his question the more thought and planning had led up to that moment. The activities in this element of SPARK are designed to build clarity, confidence and understanding to help you make the most of the spontaneous when it happens.
